Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients with excellence and create personalized, memorable retail experiences
- Provide expertly-tailored styling advice by proposing complete and inspirational collections
- Develop sales through cross-selling and proactive client engagement
- Deliver exceptional service to a demanding local and international clientele
- Build and maintain a personal client portfolio through CRM tools
- Cultivate lasting client relationships through personalized follow-up and attentiveness
- Contribute to point-of-sale performance by monitoring key indicators
