Christian Dior Couture seeks a Sales Consultant in Beijing (Daxing District) for its Daxing Airport boutique — client-focused retail role.

Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised client service and product expertise to meet customer needs and achieve individual and store sales targets.
  • Advise customers on product details and styling; respond to enquiries and facilitate purchase decisions.
  • Ensure flawless execution of the sales process, consistently applying the brand's retail standards, values and objectives.
  • Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards; restock merchandise and support attractive product displays.
  • Receive and process deliveries, apply pricing/labels, perform physical stock checks and complete basic inventory tasks.
  • Support other departments and fulfil additional duties as assigned to ensure smooth store operations.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer‑oriented with a friendly, approachable manner and professional presence.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced retail environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Willingness to work shifts including evenings, weekends and some holidays.
  • Prior retail or apparel sales experience preferred.

Experience
