Christian Dior Couture seeks a Sales Consultant at Chengdu SKP — full‑time boutique role delivering luxury client service and merchandising.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client service to meet and exceed individual and store sales targets.
- Advise clients on product features, styling and care, and assist customers in locating specific merchandise or information.
- Maintain impeccable store presentation: replenish stock, execute visual merchandising standards and ensure displays reflect brand guidelines.
- Receive and process incoming deliveries, apply price tags/labels, perform physical inventory checks and support stock organisation.
- Follow and enforce the company’s retail procedures and sales process; uphold Dior’s service standards, values and objectives.
- Provide cross-departmental support as required and perform other duties assigned by management.
- Work assigned shifts, including evenings, weekends and selected public holidays, to support boutique operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Customer-focused with a professional, approachable manner and strong service orientation.
- Able to perform effectively in a fast-paced retail environment and maintain high productivity.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends and some public holidays.
- Previous retail or apparel sales experience preferred.
Experience
No minimum required; prior experience in retail or fashion sales is preferred and will be considered an advantage.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
