Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide exemplary customer service and expert product knowledge to meet customer needs and achieve sales targets.
  • Assist customers in obtaining product information.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and visual appeal, manage stock, and assist with cleaning tasks.
  • Execute assigned duties, including but not limited to: processing shipments, pricing or labeling products, conducting inventory checks, and creating aesthetically pleasing product displays.
  • Ensure adherence to sales processes, embodying the company's retail standards, mission, and objectives.
  • Provide support to other departments as needed.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or higher.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service orientation and approachability. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment with high efficiency. Flexibility to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and some holidays.

Experience

Prior experience in retail or apparel sales is preferred.

Education

High school diploma or higher.
