Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Maintain a strong drive for results and positive mindset in all circumstances
- Ensure a client-centric boutique environment through best-in-class service delivered in-person, by telephone, and via electronic communication
- Develop local and international client relationships with capacity to recruit and nurture high-value clientele
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and engage clients through compelling product narratives and details
- Collaborate with management to resolve client issues and concerns to the benefit of both business and customer satisfaction
- Manage individual stock assignments, including organization of merchandise on the sales floor and back-of-house
