Christian Dior Couture seeks a Sales Associate for its Zurich boutique. Luxury retail role in Geneva, Switzerland.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Maintain a strong drive for results and positive mindset while managing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ensure a welcoming, client-focused environment with best-in-class service across in-person, telephone, and electronic communication channels
- Develop local and international client relationships with the ability to recruit and cultivate top-tier clients
- Demonstrate strong product expertise and engage clients through detailed storytelling of Dior collections and heritage
- Collaborate with management to resolve client issues to the mutual benefit of the business and the client
- Manage individual stock assignments, including organizing merchandise on the boutique floor and storage areas
- Participate in all inventory and cycle counts while ensuring compliance with operating procedures and asset protection
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail or hospitality
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build lasting relationships
- Empathic and agile mindset with exceptional customer service orientation
- Demonstrated passion for fashion, luxury, and the Dior brand
- Fluent in German and English, with a third language considered an advantage
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a dynamic, high-paced environment
