Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to store commercial performance
- Master D-Signature selling techniques and demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge across all Dior collections and departments
- Execute back-office operations including stock management, transfers, cycle counts, and cash procedures
- Implement visual merchandising guidelines and maintain security protocols
- Provide exceptional customer care services including follow-up communications and product care consultation
- Build and develop customer relationships through targeted outreach aligned with current campaigns and programs
