Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
- Maintain a strong drive for results and positive mindset at all times
- Ensure a welcoming client-focused environment offering best-in-class service in person, by phone, and through digital communication
- Develop local and international client relationships with proven ability to recruit and cultivate top-tier clientele
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and engage clients through compelling product narratives and heritage details
- Partner with management to resolve client issues effectively and to the benefit of both the client and business
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of retail or hospitality experience
