Christian Dior Couture seeks a Sales Associate in Vienna — join the Dior boutique to deliver luxury client service and grow a high-value client book.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Sustain a results-driven attitude and positive mindset while representing the Maison.
- Provide best-in-class client service across in-person, telephone and electronic channels, ensuring every client feels welcomed and cherished.
- Develop and expand a local and international client book; recruit, nurture and retain high-value clients.
- Demonstrate deep product expertise and engage clients through storytelling and product details.
- Work with management to resolve client issues promptly, balancing client satisfaction with business interests.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in retail or hospitality; prior experience in luxury retail strongly preferred.
- Fluent in German and English; an additional language is a plus.
- Strong commercial drive with demonstrable ability to meet sales targets and KPIs.
- Excellent communication skills, empathy and an agile mindset to build lasting client relationships.
- Effective prioritization and time-management skills in a high-paced boutique environment.
Skills
Experience
At least 2–3 years of experience in a retail or hospitality environment with a proven track record in sales; demonstrated success in client acquisition and retention, preferably within a luxury brand.
Education
High-school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or a degree in retail, hospitality or a related field is advantageous.
Workplace
This position is based in Vienna, Vienna, Austria.
