Christian Dior Couture in Sydney (Bondi) seeks a Full-Time Sales Associate to deliver luxury client experiences and drive sales for the Bondi boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the Maison’s primary ambassador in the Bondi boutique, delivering a refined welcome and personalised luxury shopping journeys.
- Develop and maintain a cultivated client portfolio through proactive clienteling, follow-up and relationship management.
- Drive sales performance by achieving individual KPIs, monthly targets and contributing to boutique revenue growth.
- Demonstrate authoritative product knowledge across collections and new seasonal launches to advise and inspire clients.
- Execute boutique standards: visual presentation, inventory care, stock replenishment and point-of-sale operations.
- Collaborate with boutique colleagues and management to share market intelligence, optimise client outreach and support team objectives.
- Participate in onboarding, ongoing training and brand initiatives to sustain professional growth and product expertise.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years’ experience in luxury retail or high-end clienteling, preferably within fashion or leather goods.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building long-term client loyalty.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to influence and negotiate discreetly.
- Highly organised, self-motivated and resilient under pressure with a professional, client-focused demeanour.
- Passion for fashion and deep respect for brand codes and maison standards.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury retail or equivalent client-facing roles, with demonstrable success in client acquisition, retention and meeting sales targets.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary qualification in fashion, retail, business or communications preferred.
