DIOR seeks a Sales Associate in Sydney — full-time boutique role focused on clienteling, sales performance and LVMH career development.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the Maison’s ambassador in boutique settings, delivering an exceptional welcome and client experience that reflects DIOR’s codes and heritage.
- Build and maintain a high-quality client portfolio through personalised clienteling, follow-up, and relationship cultivation to drive repeat business and loyalty.
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets, KPIs and commission objectives through proactive selling and upselling.
- Present and communicate product stories — including seasonal launches, collections and maison heritage — to educate and inspire clients.
- Support boutique operations: process transactions accurately, manage client appointments, maintain merchandising and presentation standards, and assist with stock management and replenishment.
- Collaborate with the boutique team and participate in training, product launches and local marketing initiatives to maximise sales performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years’ experience in luxury retail or boutique sales (demonstrable clientelling and portfolio development).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to build rapport across diverse clientele.
- Highly organised, self-motivated team player with resilience and the capacity to perform under pressure.
- Genuine passion for fashion, luxury products and for representing DIOR as a role model to clients and colleagues.

Experience
Minimum 3 years of direct experience in luxury retail or boutique sales, with proven ability to develop and manage a client portfolio and meet sales targets.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; tertiary qualification or formal training in retail, fashion, business or a related discipline preferred.
