Christian Dior Couture seeks a Sales Associate at Sydney Airport (Sydney, Australia) to deliver clienteling and drive sales. Permanent full‑time role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the Maison’s ambassador at Sydney Airport, delivering an exceptional welcome and personalised client experience that reflects Dior’s codes and heritage.
- Develop and maintain a loyal client portfolio through proactive clienteling, follow‑ups, and tailored product recommendations.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets, KPIs and conversion objectives through persuasive selling and product storytelling.
- Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge across seasonal collections and Maison history to inform and inspire clients.
- Support store merchandising, stock management and visual standards to ensure an impeccable retail environment.
- Collaborate with the retail team to share market feedback, client insights and contribute to team performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years’ retail sales experience, preferably within luxury, high‑end fashion or premium travel retail.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets and developing client relationships.
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills; confident presenting product narratives.
- Highly organised, resilient and able to perform under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
- Fluent English communication; additional languages an asset.

Experience
