Christian Dior Couture Sales Associate (Temporary) – Sanya, China. 5-month contract retail position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver consultative sales support and product expertise to meet customer requirements and achieve assigned sales targets
- Assist customers with product information requests and facilitate purchase transactions
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual presentation standards
- Process incoming merchandise, apply pricing labels, conduct physical inventory checks, and execute merchandise displays
- Execute retail sales procedures in alignment with company standards, brand purpose, and commercial objectives
- Support other departments and functions as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum secondary education (高中 or equivalent)
- Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong service orientation and natural ability to build customer rapport
- Capacity to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment
- Availability for shift-based scheduling including evening, weekend, and holiday periods
- Prior retail or apparel sales experience (preferred)
