Role & Responsibilities
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the history and heritage of Christian Dior Couture.
- Welcome clients as a brand ambassador, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of collections and sales ceremonies.
- Propose and sell items across various categories to optimize cross-selling opportunities.
- Monitor store and personal client KPIs.
- Ensure customer well-being in-store and provide a personalized, memorable shopping experience.
- Proactively address the needs of a discerning clientele with expert advice tailored to individual desires, personalities, and body types.
- Cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships, focusing on client retention and acquisition both nationally and internationally.
- Actively build a local client portfolio and utilize CRM techniques to enhance client loyalty.
- Participate in stock organization and maintain an impeccable store environment.
- Collaborate with stock teams to ensure efficient customer service.
- Contribute to process improvements and store performance.
- Foster teamwork to enhance collective boutique performance.

- Strong sense of service and excellent interpersonal skills with both international and local clientele.
- Dynamic, proactive, and autonomous with a keen interest in the luxury fashion industry.
- Exemplary presentation and behavior embodying the brand's values.
- Result-oriented, thriving in a dynamic and challenging environment.
- Fluency in French and English; proficiency in a third language is highly desirable.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury retail sector is required.
