Role & Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships within the boutique, presenting products effectively and communicating brand values and event information
- Build customer loyalty through CRM initiatives, including contact retrieval, follow-up activities, event coordination, and personalized recommendations
- Provide best-in-class service in person, by phone, and through digital communication channels in a client-focused environment
- Resolve client issues collaboratively with the team to ensure satisfaction and positive business outcomes
- Contribute to boutique sales growth whilst maintaining exemplary service standards and brand image presentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail or luxury sales experience
