Christian Dior Couture seeks a Sales Associate for its Shanghai location. The role involves delivering superior customer service, achieving sales goals, and maintaining store aesthetics. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Prior retail experience is preferred.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and expert knowledge to meet customer needs and achieve sales targets.
  • Assist customers in obtaining product information.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and aesthetics, manage stock, and assist with cleaning duties.
  • Perform assigned tasks including handling deliveries, pricing or labeling products, conducting inventory checks, and ensuring attractive product displays.
  • Ensure the execution of sales processes, adhering to the company's retail standards, mission, and objectives.
  • Provide support to other departments as needed.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or higher.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service orientation and affability. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment with high efficiency. Flexibility to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and some holidays.

Experience

Prior experience in retail or apparel sales is preferred.

Education

High school diploma or higher.
