Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and utilize expert product knowledge to meet customer needs and achieve sales targets.
- Assist customers in obtaining product information.
- Maintain store cleanliness and visual appeal, manage stock, and assist with cleaning duties.
- Execute assigned tasks including but not limited to handling deliveries, pricing or labeling products, conducting inventory checks, and ensuring attractive product displays.
- Ensure adherence to sales processes and uphold the company's retail standards, mission, and objectives.
- Provide support to other departments as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Skills
Experience
Prior experience in retail or apparel sales is preferred.
