Christian Dior Couture seeks Sales Associate for Prague boutique. Full-time retail role requiring 3+ years experience and Czech/English fluency.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Maintain a strong drive for results and positive mindset while delivering exceptional customer service in person, over the phone, and through electronic communication
- Develop local and international client relationships, actively recruiting and nurturing top-tier clientele
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and engage clients through compelling product narratives and details
- Resolve client issues collaboratively with management to ensure satisfaction and business continuity
- Manage individual stock assignments, organizing merchandise on the sales floor and in back-of-house areas
- Participate in inventory and cycle counts while safeguarding boutique assets through adherence to operational procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail or hospitality experience
- Fluency in Czech and English; additional language proficiency preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build lasting professional relationships
