Christian Dior Couture seeks a Sales Associate in Prague. Luxury retail role combining sales, client development, and boutique operations—full-time, on-site position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and key performance indicators, maintaining a strong drive for results and positive mindset
- Develop local and international client relationships through recruitment and engagement, fostering lasting connections through superior communication
- Provide world-class customer service through multiple channels—in-person, telephone, and electronic communication—ensuring a welcoming, client-focused environment
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and engage clients through the authentic stories and details of the Maison's collections
- Manage individual stock assignments, including floor organization and back-of-house inventory coordination
- Participate in all inventory and cycle counts while ensuring compliance with operational procedures to protect boutique assets
- Collaborate with management to resolve client issues effectively and maintain positive client relations
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of professional experience in retail or hospitality
- Fluent in Czech and English; additional language proficiency is advantageous
- Demonstrated passion for fashion, creativity, and luxury brands
- Proven ability to develop and maintain lasting client relationships through empathetic communication
- Strong organizational and time-management skills in a fast-paced environment
- Outstanding customer service orientation across all communication channels
