Christian Dior Couture in Prague seeks a Sales Associate for its boutique — on-site luxury retail role requiring 3+ years' experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding, personalised service to clients in‑store, by phone and via electronic communication, embodying the maison’s standards of discretion and attentiveness.
- Achieve and consistently exceed individual sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive selling and consultative client engagement.
- Develop and expand a local and international client book, recruiting high-value customers and nurturing long‑term relationships through tailored follow-up and clienteling.
- Demonstrate deep product knowledge and convey the stories and craftsmanship of the collection to enhance perceived value and close sales.
- Support boutique operational excellence by managing stock assignments, maintaining visual standards on the selling floor and in the back‑of‑house, and participating in inventory and cycle counts.
- Resolve client issues in partnership with store management to safeguard client loyalty and the maison’s commercial interests.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years’ experience in retail or hospitality; previous experience in luxury fashion or premium retail strongly preferred.
- Fluent in Czech and English; additional languages are an asset.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and developing client relationships.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client‑centric attitude and high emotional intelligence.
- Ability to manage priorities in a fast‑paced environment, strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Experience
Minimum 3 years of direct experience in retail or hospitality, preferably within luxury fashion or high-end retail environments, with demonstrable sales performance and client acquisition capabilities.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, sales or luxury hospitality is advantageous.
