Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Maintain strong commercial drive and positive mindset in all interactions
- Create a welcoming, client-focused environment with best-in-class service delivery across all channels
- Develop and expand local and international client relationships, recruiting and nurturing high-value clientele
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and engage clients through compelling product narratives and details
- Resolve client issues collaboratively with the management team to ensure satisfaction and protect business integrity
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail or hospitality environment
- Fluent in German and English; additional language skills preferred
- Demonstrated ability to develop lasting client relationships through strong communication
- Outstanding customer service capability across in-person, telephone, and electronic communication channels
