Christian Dior Couture in Munich seeks a Sales Associate for its Maximilianstraße boutique (contract). Deliver luxury client service and build a high-value client book.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Develop and maintain a local and international client book through proactive prospecting and clienteling.
- Deliver best-in-class, personalised client service across channels — in person, by phone and via electronic communication.
- Demonstrate deep product knowledge and convey the Maison’s stories and craftsmanship to engage clients.
- Solve client issues collaboratively with store management to ensure positive resolution for both client and business.
- Sustain a results-driven mindset while contributing positively to the boutique team and guest experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' experience in retail or hospitality, ideally within luxury fashion or premium brands.
- Fluent German and English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and developing long-term client relationships.
- Strong interpersonal skills: empathy, polished communication and consultative selling.
- Excellent time management, prioritisation and the ability to work in a fast-paced boutique environment.
- Available to work on-site at the Maximilianstraße boutique and flexible to cover retail hours as required.
- Passion for fashion, creativity and the Maison’s heritage.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years’ professional experience in retail or hospitality, preferably within the luxury fashion sector, with demonstrated success in sales, client acquisition and relationship development.
Education
Vocational diploma or equivalent; formal training in retail, luxury goods or hospitality preferred.

This position is based in Munich, Bavaria, Germany.
