Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure high levels of satisfaction through attentive sales assistance
- Assess client needs and provide detailed product information and styling guidance
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets consistently
- Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with established clients whilst cultivating new clientele
- Administer stock management with precision according to company expectations and operational procedures
- Execute time management effectively within a fast-paced retail environment
