Role & Responsibilities
- Greet, serve, and advise customers with exceptional standards of service befitting a luxury brand
- Build and develop client loyalty through personalized, one-to-one consultancy and relationship management
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge across all menswear categories and communicate awareness of current campaigns, launches, and promotions
- Identify and execute add-on sales opportunities to maximize individual and departmental sales potential
- Manage customer inquiries and complaints effectively, escalating to management when necessary
- Monitor sales targets and department performance on a daily and weekly basis
- Execute all stock management procedures and maintain accurate inventory records
- Maintain the highest standards of visual merchandising, display, and store housekeeping
- Process transactions across all selling systems, cash, credit, and exchange procedures
- Implement security measures to prevent loss and theft of merchandise
