Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve boutique-set sales targets through effective selling techniques and comprehensive product knowledge across all categories
  • Identify and fulfil client expectations, completing sales transactions with professionalism and executing strategic cross-selling
  • Develop and maintain lasting client relationships through consistent, service-oriented engagement and proactive outreach
  • Arrange private client appointments and provide exemplary after-sales service to enhance loyalty and repeat business
  • Maintain the selling environment to the highest visual and operational standards, supporting back-of-house operations
  • Maintain detailed client records in the Be Dior system and participate in boutique events that contribute to overall performance
  • Foster team collaboration to achieve both individual targets and collective boutique objectives

Qualifications

  • Completion of secondary education or above
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant retail experience, preferably in luxury fashion
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated client-centric approach
  • Strong selling technique with service orientation and consultative approach
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are advantageous
  • Passion for luxury fashion and a willingness to continuously develop professional skills
