Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the Maison's ambassador, delivering an exceptional welcome and representing Dior's heritage, codes and collections to every client.
- Develop and maintain a growing client list through proactive clienteling, personalised follow‑up and CRM-driven relationship management.
- Achieve and exceed personal and store sales targets, KPIs and participate in monthly commission/bonus programs.
- Provide consultative product advice across seasonal launches, metiers d’art and core ranges, tailoring proposals to client needs.
- Maintain boutique standards including visual merchandising, stock management, POS transactions and loss-prevention procedures.
- Support store activations and new collection launches, and participate in ongoing training and development.
- Collaborate with the store team and department store host (David Jones) to ensure a seamless client experience and compliance with Maison policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years' retail sales experience in luxury fashion or premium retail, ideally in a boutique or department store environment.
- Proven track record of building client loyalty and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with a consultative selling approach.
- Highly organised, self-motivated team player with resilience and the ability to perform under pressure.
- Strong personal presentation and a genuine passion for fashion and Dior's aesthetic.

Experience
Minimum 3 years of frontline retail sales experience in luxury fashion or premium brands, preferably within a boutique or department-store concession.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary qualification in fashion, retail or business is advantageous but not required.
