Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the Maison's ambassador, delivering an exceptional welcome and representing Dior's heritage, codes and collections to every client.
  • Develop and maintain a growing client list through proactive clienteling, personalised follow‑up and CRM-driven relationship management.
  • Achieve and exceed personal and store sales targets, KPIs and participate in monthly commission/bonus programs.
  • Provide consultative product advice across seasonal launches, metiers d’art and core ranges, tailoring proposals to client needs.
  • Maintain boutique standards including visual merchandising, stock management, POS transactions and loss-prevention procedures.
  • Support store activations and new collection launches, and participate in ongoing training and development.
  • Collaborate with the store team and department store host (David Jones) to ensure a seamless client experience and compliance with Maison policies.

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years' retail sales experience in luxury fashion or premium retail, ideally in a boutique or department store environment.
  • Proven track record of building client loyalty and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with a consultative selling approach.
  • Highly organised, self-motivated team player with resilience and the ability to perform under pressure.
  • Strong personal presentation and a genuine passion for fashion and Dior's aesthetic.
