Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and boutique sales targets through expert product knowledge, active selling and strategic cross-selling across product categories.
- Proactively develop and maintain long-term client relationships via personalised service, private appointments and consistent after-sales follow-up.
- Deliver an exceptional, on-brand client experience by providing warm, anticipatory service and representing the Maison’s values at all times.
- Support boutique operations and back-of-house tasks to ensure store efficiency, including upkeep of the selling floor, visual merchandising and stock-handling procedures.
- Update the clienteling platform (Be Dior) and collaborate closely with the retail team to maximise client loyalty and boutique performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years’ experience in sales, customer service or a related client-facing role; prior retail experience preferred.
- Fluent spoken English with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Professional presentation with strong sales-presentation and rapport-building capabilities.
- Ability to work on-site in a luxury boutique environment and maintain discreet, high standards of client confidentiality.
- Resilient, results-oriented mindset with the capacity to perform under pressure and contribute constructively within a team.

Experience
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in sales, customer service or client relations; retail-specific experience strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; tertiary qualification in fashion, business, hospitality or a related discipline is an advantage.
