Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador to provide a unique and timeless experience to clients.
- Proactively reach out to clients to deliver excellent service and inspire them with innovative strategies.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to boutique objectives.
- Identify client expectations and successfully complete sales transactions.
- Advise clients across all product categories and engage in cross-selling to maximize sales potential.
- Build strong collaboration with the team to achieve sales and boutique objectives.
- Provide excellent client experience and develop long-term relationships through consistent and professional service.
- Arrange private appointments and provide excellent after-sale service.
- Maintain the upkeep of selling space, visual merchandising, and store image to the highest standard.
- Support Back of House operations to enhance boutique efficiency.
Qualifications
- Open to fresh graduates.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, and relation industry is preferred.
- Retail experience is preferred.
