Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and boutique sales targets through proactive prospecting, product knowledge and persuasive selling techniques.
- Deliver an elevated, personalised client experience, including private appointments, relationship building and after-sales follow-up.
- Identify client needs across product categories and execute cross-selling to maximise basket value and client loyalty.
- Maintain boutique presentation and visual merchandising to the house standard and support back-of-house operations to enhance efficiency.
- Update client records and Be Dior/CRM systems regularly to capture interactions, sales and opportunities.
Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Mandarin/Cantonese (HSK level 4 and above).
- Open to fresh graduates; prior experience in sales, customer service or retail preferred.
- Professional personal presentation with strong sales presentation skills and the ability to build rapport with high-net-worth clients.
- Sales-driven, result-oriented attitude with resilience under pressure and strong work ethic.
- Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
