Role & Responsibilities
- Greet, serve, and advise customers with exemplary service standards at all times
- Develop client loyalty through personalized one-to-one consultative selling and relationship management
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge across all Dior categories and stay current with marketing campaigns, new launches, and promotions
- Drive add-on sales and maximize individual and departmental sales targets
- Manage customer complaints professionally by escalating to line management when necessary
- Monitor daily and weekly sales targets and departmental performance metrics
- Follow stock management procedures and maintain accurate inventory records
- Support the team in maintaining premium housekeeping standards and visual merchandising throughout the boutique
- Operate all selling systems, payment processing, cash handling, and exchange procedures
- Ensure the highest retail standards and security protocols to prevent product loss
- Comply with company administration systems and loss-prevention procedures
- Participate actively in team meetings and contribute to a positive working environment
- Execute additional duties as directed by management
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury fashion retail
- Existing client book or established customer relationships (preferred)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities
- Deep passion for Christian Dior and its collections
- Strong fashion knowledge and trend awareness
