Christian Dior Couture seeks a Sales Associate in Madrid — full-time, permanent boutique role focused on clienteling and luxury retail sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and effective use of sales techniques.
- Present product knowledge and storytelling to engage clients and drive add-on sales across collections.
- Deliver a consistent retail ceremony and best-in-class customer service in person, by phone and via electronic communication.
- Build and develop a local and international client book; recruit, retain and grow top clients through personalised service and clienteling.
- Manage customer database entries and clienteling activities to maximise lifetime value and repeat business.
- Support back‑office operations including product reception, quality checks, stock updates and preparation of deliveries and luxury packaging.
- Collaborate with the management team to resolve client issues promptly and safeguard the Maison’s reputation.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years’ experience in fashion or luxury boutique retail.
- University degree or diploma from a recognised fashion school.
- Fluent in Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus.
- Proficiency with Office 360 and basic digital retail tools.
- Proven ability to work to objectives in a fast‑paced, target-driven environment.

Minimum 3 years’ direct experience in fashion and luxury boutiques, with a demonstrable track record of sales performance and client development.
Education
University degree or Fashion school diploma.
