Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve boutique sales targets through refined selling techniques and rigorous focus on KPIs.
  • Demonstrate deep product expertise—particularly in men's ready-to-wear—and communicate product stories to engage clients.
  • Develop and maintain a local and international client book through proactive clienteling and recruitment of high-value customers.
  • Deliver a best‑in‑class retail ceremony and personalised service in person, by phone and via electronic channels.
  • Manage client relationship issues in coordination with boutique management to ensure service recovery and client retention.
  • Support back‑office operations: receive and quality‑check merchandise, update stock records after sales, prepare deliveries, and supervise product feedback and packaging.

Qualifications

  • University degree or diploma from a recognised fashion school.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English; additional languages are advantageous.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in fashion or luxury retail; preference for candidates with 5+ years in men's RTW boutiques.
  • Proven knowledge of luxury selling techniques and product knowledge for men's ready-to-wear.
  • Proficiency with Office 360 and comfortable using digital retail tools.
  • Strong interpersonal skills: empathy, communication, teamwork, adaptability and a results-driven mindset.
