Christian Dior Couture seeks Sales Associate intern in Cannes—full-time luxury retail apprenticeship with emphasis on client experience and brand representation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet clientele with sophisticated hospitality aligned with luxury brand standards
- Assess client needs and preferences to provide personalized styling advice and product recommendations
- Execute sales transactions while maintaining meticulous transaction records and customer relationship documentation
- Build and nurture lasting client relationships through embodiment of Christian Dior values and brand heritage
- Contribute to inventory management and stock organization across the boutique
- Support visual merchandising initiatives and seasonal window displays
Qualifications
- Training in commercial or retail disciplines
- Excellent English language proficiency
- Additional language capability highly desirable (Mandarin Chinese, Russian, or Arabic preferred)
- Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated client-facing experience
- Understanding of luxury fashion retail environment and customer service excellence
