Christian Dior Couture seeks a Sales Associate in Los Cabos, Mexico to deliver luxury client service and drive boutique sales.

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver first-class, personalised client service in-person, by telephone and via electronic communications, consistently reflecting Dior’s brand standards and sales ceremonies.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs, including individual sales volume, units per transaction and average transaction value; maintain a results-driven attitude while supporting team objectives.
- Develop and grow a local and international client portfolio through proactive clienteling, recruitment of key clients and sustained relationship management.
- Demonstrate deep product knowledge and engage clients through storytelling and detailed presentation of product attributes.
- Support boutique operational activities including floor moves, merchandising, visual merchandising and store housekeeping.
- Manage stock assignments and inventory organisation on the sales floor and back areas; participate in inventories and cycle counts and adhere to asset-protection procedures.
- Locate merchandise across the network and correctly process charge-send sales according to company guidelines; assist with client packaging and gift-wrapping when required.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years’ retail sales and customer service experience, preferably within luxury goods or premium consumer brands.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and demonstrating commercial acumen.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build durable client relationships through organisation and diligent follow-up.
- Passion for fashion, creativity and the brand; strong product sensitivity and attention to detail.
- Availability to work variable hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.
- Commitment to adhere to company policies, procedures, regulations and brand standards.
Skills
Experience
Minimum three years of retail sales and customer service experience, preferably in a luxury goods environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in retail, fashion, hospitality or luxury brand service is advantageous.
