Role & Responsibilities
- Greet, serve, and advise customers with exemplary service standards and attentive engagement
- Develop client loyalty through personalized one-on-one personal shopper style consultations and relationship building
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge across all categories, including awareness of advertising campaigns, new launches, and promotions
- Identify and introduce add-on sales opportunities to maximize revenue potential in line with individual and departmental targets
- Address customer complaints effectively and professionally, escalating to management when necessary
- Monitor sales targets and boutique performance on a daily and weekly basis
- Execute all stock management procedures and maintain accurate inventory controls
- Support the team in maintaining the highest standards of visual merchandising, display, and store housekeeping
