Role & Responsibilities
- Greet, serve, and advise customers with the highest standard of service at all times
- Develop client loyalty through personalised, one-to-one consultation and relationship-building
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge across all categories and communicate awareness of current marketing campaigns, new launches, and promotions
- Identify and execute add-on sales opportunities whilst achieving individual and departmental sales targets
