Role & Responsibilities
- Greet, serve, and advise customers with the highest standards of customer service consistently
- Build client loyalty through one-to-one personal shopper consultations and relationship-driven sales approach
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge across all categories and maintain awareness of advertising campaigns, new launches, and promotions
- Introduce add-on sales and achieve maximum sales potential in alignment with individual and departmental targets
- Manage customer complaints effectively by liaising with management when necessary
- Monitor sales targets and boutique performance on a daily and weekly basis
- Execute all stock management procedures accurately
- Maintain the highest standards of housekeeping, visual merchandising, and retail display standards
- Operate proficiently with selling systems, cash, credit, and exchange procedures
- Implement security measures and take preventive action against theft and product loss
- Ensure departmental compliance with company administration systems and procedures to minimize losses
- Participate actively in team meetings and contribute positively to team objectives
- Execute additional duties as directed by management
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience within luxury fashion retail
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- An existing client book (preferred)
- Deep passion for Christian Dior and the House's collections
- Strong knowledge of fashion trends and luxury market dynamics
- Fluency in a second language (preferred)

Minimum 3 years of demonstrated experience in luxury fashion retail, with proven success in client relationship development and sales performance.
Education
