Christian Dior Couture Sales Associate position at Selfridges London – luxury fashion retail role, 40 hours/week.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet, serve, and advise customers with the highest standard of customer service at all times
- Develop client loyalty through personalized, one-to-one consultation using a personal shopper approach
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge across all categories and maintain awareness of current campaigns, launches, and promotions
- Introduce add-on sales and maximize individual and departmental sales targets
- Handle customer complaints effectively in liaison with management
- Monitor sales targets and departmental performance on a daily and weekly basis
- Follow all stock management procedures and maintain accurate inventory records
- Support the team in maintaining elevated housekeeping and display standards
- Operate confidently with selling systems, cash handling, credit processing, and exchange procedures
- Maintain the highest standards of retail presentation and store operations
- Implement security measures to prevent theft and minimize losses
- Ensure compliance with company administration systems and procedures
- Participate actively in team meetings and contribute positively to team dynamics
- Carry out additional duties as directed by management

- Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury fashion retail
- Strong knowledge of accessories and leather goods
- Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships

- Strong awareness of fashion trends and market developments
