Christian Dior Couture seeks Sales Associate for Selfridges concession in London; luxury fashion experience required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet, serve and advise customers with the highest standard of customer service at all times
- Develop loyalty and build long-term relationships with customers through a 1-2-1 personal shopper style approach to sales
- Demonstrate product knowledge on all Dior categories and maintain awareness of current advertising, marketing campaigns, new launches and promotions
- Introduce add-on sales and achieve individual and departmental sales targets
- Handle customer complaints effectively by liaising with line management when necessary
- Monitor sales targets and department performance on a daily and weekly basis
- Follow all stock management procedures and assist with maintaining visual merchandising standards
- Maintain highest standards of housekeeping and retail display within the department
- Operate sales systems, cash and credit procedures, and process exchanges
- Maximize security and prevent product theft
- Ensure department operations comply with Company administration systems and procedures to minimize losses
- Participate actively in team meetings and contribute positively to team objectives
- Execute additional duties as directed by management
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of accessories and leather goods
- Previous experience within luxury fashion retail
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Demonstrated ability to build long-term client relationships
- Passion for Christian Dior and its collections
- Strong knowledge of fashion trends and contemporary collections
