Role & Responsibilities
- Greet, serve, and advise customers with exceptional customer service standards at all times
- Develop client loyalty through one-to-one personal shopper approach and relationship-building
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge across all categories and awareness of current campaigns, new launches, and promotions
- Introduce add-on sales and maximize sales potential in line with individual and departmental targets
- Handle customer complaints effectively by liaising with line management when necessary
- Monitor sales targets and boutique performance on a daily and weekly basis
- Follow all stock management procedures and maintain accurate inventory records
- Support the team in maintaining highest standards of housekeeping and visual display
- Operate proficiently with selling systems, cash, credit, and exchange procedures
- Uphold the highest standards of housekeeping and retail standards throughout the store
- Take proactive measures to maximize security and prevent product loss
- Ensure the department operates in accordance with company administration systems to minimize losses
- Participate actively in team meetings and contribute positively
- Execute additional duties as directed by management
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of previous experience within luxury fashion retail
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Existing client book preferred
- Strong knowledge of fashion trends and current collections
- Demonstrated passion for luxury couture and Christian Dior aesthetic
