Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve sales objectives through effective application of sales techniques and daily KPI monitoring
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and articulate product narratives to engage clients
- Identify customer expectations and provide tailored product recommendations with upsell opportunities
- Deliver a premium retail ceremony to all customers and exceed service expectations
- Develop and manage both local and international client databases using clienteling techniques
- Maintain a welcoming, client-focused environment offering best-in-class service in-person, by phone, and electronically
- Resolve client issues collaboratively with the management team to ensure mutual satisfaction
- Support product reception, quality control, stock updates, and inventory management
- Supervise product feedback and coordinate delivery preparation, packaging, and wrapping
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in luxury fashion retail
- University degree or fashion school qualification
- Fluent in Portuguese and English; additional languages valued
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 360 and basic digital software applications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated empathy
- Team-oriented mindset with commitment to collaborative problem-solving
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in luxury fashion boutiques, with demonstrated knowledge of luxury products and selling methodologies. Proven track record in building and maintaining client relationships within a high-end retail environment.
Education
University degree or equivalent fashion school qualification.
