Role & Responsibilities
- Provide a warm, host-like welcome to customers as a Dior Ambassador, establishing an exceptional first impression
- Drive sales performance through enthusiasm and challenge orientation whilst embodying the Dior selling ceremony
- Develop and maintain customer relationships by building detailed customer profiles and engaging in proactive customer development
- Deliver comprehensive after-sale service including follow-up calls, repair coordination, leather spa offerings, and optimisation of every selling opportunity
- Support store operations through teamwork, including adherence to security procedures, cash and stock management, visual merchandising execution, and display guidelines
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in retail or luxury industry, or recent graduate
- Pleasant demeanour with exceptional grooming standards
- Passionate about fashion and the luxury retail sector
- Customer-oriented with genuine enjoyment of customer interaction
- Self-starter with vibrant, positive energy and go-getter mentality
- Fluent spoken English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous
