Christian Dior Couture Sales Associate Intern in Madrid, Spain. Support luxury retail operations and develop expertise in client service and brand excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager and boutique team in daily retail operations and customer engagement
- Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Deliver best-in-class customer service in person, by phone, and through digital communication channels
- Assist in developing local and international client relationships and nurturing top client portfolios
- Demonstrate product knowledge and engage clients through compelling product storytelling
- Resolve client issues collaboratively with the team to ensure satisfaction and business benefit
- Maintain boutique order, cleanliness, and product displays throughout the store and fitting rooms
- Execute back-office activities including order preparation, product packaging, and wrapping
Qualifications
- Interest and preferably experience in retail and/or service environments
- University education or fashion school degree
- English language proficiency (C1-C2 level)
- Spanish language proficiency (C1-C2 level)
- Additional languages are advantageous
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 360 and basic digital software literacy

Beginner-level experience is preferred; candidates with prior retail or service sector exposure are favored.
