Christian Dior Couture, Madrid: Sales Associate Intern | September 2026. Six-month internship in luxury retail, customer service, and boutique operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager and boutique team in achieving individual sales goals and key performance indicators
- Deliver premium, client-focused service across in-person, telephone, and digital channels
- Assist in developing and maintaining local and international client relationships through recruitment and cultivation of top-tier clients
- Master and communicate product knowledge, engaging clients with detailed product storytelling
- Resolve client issues collaboratively with the team to ensure satisfaction and business outcomes
- Maintain boutique presentation standards through cleaning, reorganizing spaces and fitting rooms, and managing product displays
- Execute back-office activities including delivery preparation, product packaging, and wrapping
Qualifications
- Interest and preferably prior experience in retail and/or service sectors
- University education or Fashion school degree
- English language proficiency at C1–C2 level
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 360 and basic digital software knowledge
- Positive, kind attitude with strong interpersonal and communication skills
