Christian Dior Couture Sales Associate Intern in Lisbon, Portugal | Luxury retail internship starting September 2026
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager and boutique team across all sales and customer service activities
- Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and key performance indicators (KPI)
- Ensure a welcoming, client-focused environment with best-in-class service through in-person, phone, and e-communication channels
- Assist in developing local and international client relationships and recruit top clients
- Master and communicate product stories, engaging clients through detailed product knowledge
- Resolve client issues collaboratively with the team to benefit both the client and business
- Maintain boutique order through cleaning, reorganizing fitting rooms, and product display management
- Execute back-office activities including delivery preparation, product packaging, and wrapping
Qualifications
- University education or fashion school degree
- Interest and preferably experience in retail and/or service field
- English proficiency at C1–C2 level; additional languages advantageous
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and basic digital software knowledge
- Strong desire to develop a career in luxury retail
- Demonstrated positive and kind attitude
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Team-working orientation with gentle, respectful colleague interaction
