Christian Dior Couture Sales Associate Intern position in Florence, Italy—full-time luxury retail internship with client engagement and boutique operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and key performance indicators in alignment with boutique targets
- Deliver client-focused service excellence across in-person interactions, telephone inquiries, and digital communications
- Develop and cultivate the local and international client book by recruiting and nurturing relationships with high-value clientele
- Master product narratives and engage clients through in-depth knowledge of collections and craftsmanship
- Resolve client issues collaboratively with the team to ensure satisfaction while supporting business objectives
- Maintain boutique presentation standards through product arrangement, fitting room organization, and display management
- Execute back-office operations including delivery preparation, product packaging, and wrapping
Qualifications
- University degree or fashion school qualification
- English language proficiency at C1–C2 level
- Interest in or demonstrable experience within retail and/or hospitality service sectors
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 360 and basic digital software competency
