Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager and boutique team in daily operations and sales activities
- Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Ensure a welcoming, client-focused environment and deliver best-in-class service in person, by phone, and through digital communication
- Assist in developing the local and international client book, recruiting and developing top-tier clients
- Learn and communicate product stories, engaging clients through comprehensive product knowledge and details
- Resolve client issues collaboratively with the team, ensuring satisfaction whilst supporting business objectives
- Maintain boutique presentation through cleaning, reorganizing spaces and fitting rooms, and controlling product display
- Execute back-office activities including delivery preparation, product packaging, and wrapping
Qualifications
- Interest and preferably experience in retail and/or service sector
- University degree or fashion school qualification
- English (C1–C2) and Spanish (C1–C2) proficiency; additional languages a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 360 and basic digital software skills
- Strong desire to develop a career in luxury retail
- Positive and kind attitude with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Team-oriented mindset with gentle communication and collaborative behavior
- Committed, flexible, and eager to learn

Beginner-level candidates with interest and preferably some experience in retail or service environments are encouraged to apply.
