Christian Dior Couture seeks a Sales Associate for its Ibiza boutique, 2027 season. Spanish/English fluent, 3+ years luxury retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve sales objectives through effective selling techniques and daily KPI management
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and engage clients through product details and heritage narratives
- Identify customer expectations and recommend products with add-on sales capability
- Deliver refined retail service to all customers and exceed expectations
- Manage customer database and apply clienteling strategies for relationship development
- Create a welcoming, client-focused environment with best-in-class service across in-person, telephone, and digital channels
- Develop local and international clientele while recruiting and nurturing top-tier clients
- Collaborate with management on problem-solving to ensure client satisfaction and business benefit
- Conduct product reception, quality control, and inventory updates as required
- Oversee product feedback and manage delivery preparation, packaging, and wrapping protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in fashion and luxury boutiques
- University degree or Fashion school diploma
- Fluency in Spanish and English (additional languages advantageous)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 360 and digital software
- Demonstrated ambition to advance in luxury retail
- Strong communication skills with empathy and agility
- Passion for fashion, creativity, and the Maison

Minimum 3 years in fashion and luxury retail environments, with demonstrated knowledge of products and selling methodologies within the luxury sector.
