Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and utilize professional knowledge to meet customer needs and achieve sales targets.
  • Assist customers in obtaining product information.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and aesthetics, manage stock, and assist with cleaning duties.
  • Fulfill assigned duties including handling deliveries, pricing or labeling products, conducting stock checks, and ensuring attractive product displays.
  • Ensure the execution of sales processes, adhering to the company's retail standards, objectives, and goals.
  • Support other departments as needed.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or above.

Skills

Excellent communication and expression skills. Strong service orientation and approachability. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and maintain high efficiency. Willingness to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and some holidays.

Experience

Prior experience in retail or apparel sales is preferred.

Education

High school diploma or above.
