Christian Dior Couture seeks a full-time Sales Associate for its women’s fashion boutique at Hangzhou MixC. The role focuses on customer service, sales targets, product information, store presentation, stock and inventory tasks, and support for other departments.
Role & Responsibilities
- Meet customers’ needs through high-quality service and product expertise, and achieve sales targets.
- Assist customers in obtaining product information.
- Maintain a clean and attractive store, replenish stock, and assist with cleaning.
- Perform assigned duties, including receiving deliveries, pricing or labelling products, conducting physical inventory checks, and maintaining attractive merchandise displays.
- Ensure sales processes are followed and apply the company’s retail standards, mission, and objectives in daily work.
- Support other departments as needed.
Qualifications
- High school education or above.
- Good communication and expression skills.
- A strong service mindset and a personable manner.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and work efficiently.
- Availability to work a shift schedule, including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
- Retail or fashion sales experience is preferred.
